The Republican-led House passed a stop-gap spending bill on Thursday night that gives President Trump $5 billion for his border wall.
The vote was primarily along party lines, 217-185. The Senate, which passed its own bill on Wednesday with no money for the wall, is unlikely to approve the measure, as it needs to reach 60 votes.
