Ruth Bader Ginsburg is back at the Supreme Court.
The 85-year-old Supreme Court justice returned on Friday for a regularly-scheduled closed-door meeting, CNN reports, adding that Ginsburg is expected to take part in oral arguments on Tuesday. This latter aspect of the report, however, was not confirmed by a Supreme Court spokesperson.
Ginsburg has been recovering ever since she was treated for lung cancer in December. Cancerous nodules had been discovered after she was hospitalized in a fall, but the court says there isn't evidence of remaining disease. After being discharged from the hospital, Ginsburg missed her first days of oral arguments in her entire career, although she continued to work from home, The Associated Press reports. She previously survived cancer twice.
