Lady Gaga made a statement on the red carpet Sunday night, and this time, it wasn't for wearing meat as a dress.

The Best Actress nominee shined in an Alexander McQueen dress and the most dazzling of jewels: the 128.54-carat Tiffany & Co. yellow diamond known as "The Tiffany Diamond." This is only the third time the diamond has ever been worn, and the first time on a red carpet: Audrey Hepburn sported it in 1961 for Breakfast at Tiffany's promotional images, and before that, Mrs. Sheldon Whitehouse wore it to the 1957 Tiffany Ball in Newport, Rhode Island, W Magazine reports.
