Speaking to supporters in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Thursday night, President Trump went on the attack, blasting the "major losers" who have criticized his presidency and declaring "the Russian hoax is finally dead."

This was Trump's first rally since Special Counsel Robert Mueller submitted his report to Attorney General William Barr. In the summary he sent to Congress on Sunday, Barr wrote that Mueller did not find evidence the Trump campaign "conspired or coordinated" with Russians during the 2016 election, and he was unable to conclude whether Trump obstructed justice.
