Michael Cohen asks why he's going to prison when 'I'm not the one that slept with the porn star'

Michael Cohen is getting a few more digs in at President Trump as he prepares to begin his prison sentence.
Trump's former attorney and "fixer" spoke with The New Yorker in a piece published Monday, in which author Jeffrey Toobin writes that Cohen is "outraged that he was prosecuted and Trump was not."
“You are going to find me guilty of campaign finance, with [Karen] McDougal or Stormy [Daniels], and give me three years — really?” Cohen told The New Yorker. “And how come I'm the only one? I didn’t work for the campaign. I worked for him. And how come I'm the one that’s going to prison? I'm not the one that slept with the porn star."

Cohen pleaded guilty to violating campaign finance laws by arranging payments to silence women who claim they had affairs with Trump. He separately pleaded guilty to tax evasion and later to lying to Congress over how long Trump was in talks to build a Trump Tower in Moscow.
Recently, though, Cohen went back on part of his plea in a taped conversation with Tom Arnold, saying that there "is no tax evasion" and that "it's a lie." He also decried the fact that prosecutors decided to give him prison time, saying he thought people would "step up" and say, "You know what, this guy's lost everything."
Cohen will report to federal prison to begin his three-year sentence on May 6.
