President Trump unleashed on former Vice President Joe Biden on Tuesday afternoon as the two possible 2020 opponents both headed to Iowa for dueling campaign events.
Trump on Tuesday hit Biden as a "loser" ahead of a speech the former vice president was set to deliver soon after, which Axios reported earlier in the day would contain 76 mentions of the president.
"His whole campaign is to hit Trump," Trump said. "When a man has to mention my name 76 times in a speech, that means he's in trouble."

Trump went on to claim that Biden "looks different" and "is slower" than he used to be, also labeling him "weak mentally." And although the president had previously predicted the Democratic primary would come down to Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), on Tuesday, he seemed to revise his projection, saying that Biden's "friends from the left are going to overtake him pretty soon."
Biden spoke in Iowa shortly after and was ready to hit back against Trump, going after the president as "literally an existential threat to America." Brendan Morrow
