Trump goes after Biden ahead of Iowa speech: 'His whole campaign is to hit Trump'

President Trump unleashed on former Vice President Joe Biden on Tuesday afternoon as the two possible 2020 opponents both headed to Iowa for dueling campaign events.

Trump on Tuesday hit Biden as a "loser" ahead of a speech the former vice president was set to deliver soon after, which Axios reported earlier in the day would contain 76 mentions of the president.
