Trump slams Fox News' weekend coverage, says network 'forgot the people who got them there'

President Trump was so fired up about the state of weekend programming on Fox News that he devoted five tweets, posted over the course of several hours on Sunday evening, to the topic.
He began with the ultimate Trump diss, saying that watching Fox News' weekend anchors is worse than "watching low ratings Fake News @CNN," "Lyin' Brian Williams," and "the crew of degenerate Comcast (NBC/MSNBC) Trump haters." After throwing in a few barbs against The New York Times, Trump declared that "@FoxNews is changing fast, but they forgot the people who got them there!"
Trump wasn't done, though. About four hours later, he was back, berating Fox News for hiring Democratic strategist Donna Brazile as a contributor. "Now she is all over Fox, including Shep Smith, by far ... their lowest rated show," he said. "Watch the @FoxNews weekend daytime anchors, who are terrible, go after her big time." Invoking a mysterious entity, Trump ends his rant by saying, "That's what they want — but it sure is not what the audience wants."

It's probably not a coincidence that Trump's diatribe came on the same day Fox News correspondent Greg Palkot, covering the World Cup, visited a sports bar in Lyon, France, where the crowd spontaneously erupted in a chant of "F—k Trump!" during the live broadcast.
