Only in America: Government spends $5 million on anti-smoking campaign targeting hipsters

The federal government has spent $5 million since 2011 on an anti-smoking program aimed primarily at hipsters. The program portrays smoking as "neoconservative," and encourages young adults to consider "styling your sweet mustache" or listening to music "no one else has heard of" rather than lighting up.
