Only in America: Manager of fast-food restaurant fired after being robbed at gunpoint

The manager of a Popeye's in Texas was fired for not paying back $400 stolen during an armed robbery. Marissa Holcomb, who is five months pregnant, was behind the register when the gun-wielding thief burst in. Her boss said Holcomb violated policy by keeping too much cash in the register, and fired her when she refused to pay it back. "The fact is, I got robbed at gunpoint," said Holcomb, "and it's like nobody cares."
