Actor and comedian Will Ferrell has signed on to star as Ronald Reagan in a new movie, Reagan, Variety reports.
The script, written by Mike Rosolio, begins in Reagan's second term, when the president begins to experience dementia, and an intern is charged with convincing Reagan that he is an actor playing president of the United States in a movie. Ferrell, who is also a producer on the project, is, of course, famous for playing another former president, George W. Bush. Presumably, Ferrell will be more respectful dealing with Alzheimer's and a president lionized by his political party. But while we wait for more details, you can watch Ferrell impersonate Bush and poke fun at the 2016 presidential field (yes, including Jeb!) on Saturday Night Live. Peter Weber
