The fierce campaigning over whether the UK should leave the European Union — aka "Brexit" — is on hold as Britain mourns MP Jo Cox, fatally shot and stabbed by a man who reportedly has longstanding ties to U.S. white supremacist group the National Alliance. But on June 23, voters in the UK (and some expats) will vote on whether to stay or go, a momentous decision with huge repercussions. Is it a clear-cut decision?
