Trump ally Roger Stone claims Khizr Khan is a 'Muslim Brotherhood agent'

Former Donald Trump advisor Roger Stone accused Khizr Khan of being a "Muslim Brotherhood agent."

While some in the Trump camp are scrambling to mitigate their candidate's controversial comments about Khizr and Ghazala Khan, the parents of Capt. Humayun Khan, who was killed in Iraq in 2004, others are simply adding fuel to the ill-advised fire.

On Monday, longtime Trump ally and political consultant Roger Stone tweeted a link to an "article" published on the website of Walid Shoebat, an anti-Muslim anti-gay commentator who frequently deals in conspiracy theories and hateful propaganda:
