North Korea's decision to launch its latest missile on Tuesday "brings us closer to war," U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley said Wednesday.

It's believed that the intercontinental ballistic missile tested Tuesday might be able to reach anywhere in the United States, and speaking during an emergency meeting of the U.N. Security Council, Haley said if it comes down to it, "make no mistake the North Korean regime will be utterly destroyed." Haley also called on the other members of the Security Council to sever all ties with North Korea.
