Best Grade II properties for sale under £1m
These nine listed buildings are of historical and national importance
Listed buildings with special architectural or historic interest are considered to be of “national importance and therefore worth protecting”, says Historic England.
There are three categories: Grade I for buildings of the highest significance; Grade II*; and Grade II. According to Historic England most listed building owners are likely to live in a Grade II as these make up 92% of all listed buildings.
Here we pick out nine of the best Grade II properties on the market in the UK.
