Fire Brigade reveals strangest 999 calls

A child with their head stuck in a potty, a hamster trapped between a toilet and a wall, and a bus driver locked in a loo - these are some of the strangest 999 calls received by the London Fire Brigade in the last three years. They were also summoned to a woman stuck in a tree while trying to retrieve a cat. The Brigade is encouraging the British public to use a “little bit of common sense” before calling for emergency assistance.
US government ‘covering up’ pyramid below Alaska
A secret pyramid below Alaska is giving out huge amounts of “energy,” according to a new television show. History Channel's documentary Ancient Aliens features an interview with a man who says his father “would go down to the base of a huge pyramid using the elevators… to try to understand how this was giving off what they estimated as a gigantic amount of energy”.

Study discovers which tradesmen fart the most
If you’ve ever wondered which tradesmen fart most then this is your lucky day. In a study, 86% of builders confessed to farting 20 times a day in their van. Close – but hopefully not too close – behind them came electricians, and in third place were painter and decorators. “Now you know something you may wish you didn’t,” said one of the researchers.
