A director accidentally turned herself into potato during video meeting and was unable to undo the error. After Lizet Ocampo, political director at People For The American Way, made the mistake during a virtual summit, a colleague revealed: “My boss turned herself into a potato on our Microsoft teams meeting and can’t figure out how to turn the setting off, so she was just stuck like this the entire meeting.”
Elderly couple meet at border each day
An 89-year-old German man has been meeting his 85-year-old Danish girlfriend for a daily drink at their countries’ border during the coronavirus lockdown. Karsten Tuchsen Hansen and Inga Rasmussen, who observe social distancing measures, are cut off from one another after their countries went into isolation. “It’s sad, but we can't change it,” Rasmussen said.

Lost ring found after 20 years
A lost wedding ring was found buried 20 years after it went missing. A metal detector operator searching a 300-acre property in Suffolk found the lost ring. “It was very upsetting at the time, but we just had to let it go and never did we imagine that we would get it back,” the reunited owner, Christiane Hewitson, told the East Anglican Daily Times.
