Mayfair flat with Oval Office replica sells for £140m

A London flat previously owned by Joseph P. Kennedy, which includes a replica of the White House's Oval Office, has sold for £140m. Kennedy lived in the Mayfair property when he served as US ambassador to the UK in the late 1930s. He had the replica built in 1938, his first year in the job, according to CNN. It is not known if the new owner is a West Wing fan.
Boy of six becomes world's youngest programmer
A six-year-old boy in India set a Guinness World Record by officially becoming the world's youngest certified computer programmer. Arham Om Talsania, of Ahmedabad, passed the Microsoft certification exam for the Python programming language at a Pearson VUE test center. “I started using tablets when I was two years old,” he explained.

‘Jo Baiden’ trends during US election season
The mayor of a Japanese town recently gained fame on social media because the characters in his name spell out “Jo Baiden”. He told a local newspaper: “Although there are differences in the positions of a US presidential candidate and the mayor of Yamato here in the centre of Kyushu, our passion is the same. We continue working to fulfill our duty to ensure the happiness and spiritual richness of our residents.”
