Man accidentally deposits marijuana at bank

A New York man is facing charges after he mistakenly included a bag of marijuana in a night deposit bag he delivered to a bank. Police say 27-year-old Timothy Ventura realised he had locked the marijuana in the bank deposit bag before dropping it off, but still chose to deposit the money so he wouldn’t lose his job.
Worker stole £900,000 worth of fajitas
A Texas juvenile justice department employee has been arrested for the theft of £900,000 worth of fajitas over the course of nine years. Gilberto Escaramilla allegedly billed the food to the department, intercepted each shipment and delivered them to his own customers. The scheme fell apart when he missed a day of work, and 800 pounds of fajitas were delivered in his absence.

£18m lottery ticket found in old shirt
A New Jersey man is celebrating, after finding an old lottery ticket in the pocket of an old shirt that turned out to be a winner, worth more than £18 million. Lottery officials say 68-year-old Jimmie Smith had the ticket checked in the nick of time, as it was due to expire two days after he claimed his prize.
