Dead tattoo artist’s skin to be preserved and framed

The skin from Canadian tattoo artist Chris Wenzel’s entire body is set to be preserved and framed for his widow, following his death last month. Kyle Sherwood, from company Save My Ink Forever, who has been given the task of preserving the skin, told local media: “You wouldn’t burn or bury a Picasso and that’s what some of these pieces are.”
Landlocked Ethiopia seeks to re-establish navy
Ethiopian officials are reportedly consulting a number of other nations on ways to re-establish its naval capabilities, despite being entirely landlocked. Ethiopia has not had a navy since it lost its Red Sea coastline after Eritrea became independent in 1993. However a recent treaty between the two countries has given Ethiopia access to some shipping ports once more.

US company gives employees handguns for Christmas
A Wisconsin glassmaking company has raised eyebrows after revealing that it will be giving each of its employees “a handgun of their choice” for Christmas, to “make sure all of our employees are safe and happy”. The company is known for making glassware with bullets embedded in the sides.
