Police in California are searching for a suspect who was caught on security camera licking a doorbell for three hours. Authorities have identified the suspect as Roberto Arroyo, who was also seen relieving himself in the front yard. The homeowners were not home, but their children were asleep inside at the time of the incident.
Robot ‘killed’ by self-driving Tesla
A promotional robot has been “killed” after it was struck by a Tesla Model S, which was in autonomous mode at the time. The robot reportedly went rogue and wandered into the roadway at the CES technology convention in Las Vegas. Its owners say the robot cannot be repaired. The driver of the Tesla has apologised.

Man denies syringes in his rectum were his
A Florida man has told police that syringes that were discovered in his rectum didn’t belong to him, and that he had no idea how they got there. Wesley Scott, 40, was being detained on a previous drug charge when he pulled the syringes out of his rectum. He is now facing additional charges for bringing contraband into a detention facility.
