Chelsea transfer news: Jan Oblak, Sandro Tonali, Victor Moses, Krzysztof Piatek
January transfer window set to bring much change at Stamford Bridge
On the trail of Oblak
Chelsea and Liverpool may be gearing up for another go at signing Atletico Madrid’s Slovenian goalkeeper Jan Oblak, according to reports.
The Premier League rivals were allegedly knocked back in their pursuit of the gloveman in the summer, with Slovenian newspaper Ekipa claiming that the two clubs were “put off” by the £88.5m price tag.

But there are claims that 25-year-old Oblak is “not happy” with life in Spain - which could prompt more bids from the Blues and the Reds, despite both spending big on goalkeepers this summer. Chelsea forked out £71m for Kepa Arrizabalaga, while Liverpool spent £67m on Alisson.
Chelsea eyeing wonderkid

Chelsea are also eyeing Ajax star Donny van de Beek, although talkSPORT claims that Tottenham are in pole position to sign the Dutch midfielder. Barcelona were also linked to the 21-year-old at one stage, but their interest seems to have waned in recent weeks. That leaves the way clear for Tottenham, who see van de Beeck as the man to replace Mousa Dembele if he moves on next summer, says the news site.
United lead race for Moses
Following reports yesterday that Victor Moses was considering his future at Stamford Bridge, Manchester United are being tipped as favourites to sign the Chelsea winger. According to the Daily Express, United and Crystal Palace are interested in making a January move for the Nigerian.
Genoa set price for Piatek
Italian side Genoa have slapped a £35m price tag on 23-year-old striker Krzysztof Piatek. The Sun reports that Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is interested in the Polish international after losing faith with Spaniard Alvaro Morata.
