Thierry Henry, the legendary striker who holds the records for most goals scored with Arsenal and the French national team, announced his retirement from soccer Tuesday.
The 37-year-old Henry won the 1998 World Cup, two Premier League titles, and three FA Cups. He spent the past five seasons playing for the New York Red Bulls — leading them to the playoffs every year — and will join England's Sky Sports next year as a soccer pundit.
Asked by Sky Sports whether he could come out of retirement, Henry referenced the Rocky film franchise: "We all loved the first Rocky, but I don't know about the last one," he said, adding, "I had one comeback and I guess it was enough."
