Oregon militia spokesman Robert "LaVoy" Finicum has been identified by his family as the man killed during a traffic stop in Oregon Tuesday evening.
While officials have not publicly named Finicum, 55, as the man killed during the shootout with police, his daughter, Arianna Finicum Brown, told The Oregonian it was her father. "My dad was such a good man," she said. "He would never ever want to hurt somebody, but he does believe in defending freedom and he knew the risks involved." Finicum lived in Cane Beds, Arizona, and had 11 children.

Ryan Bundy, 43, sustained a minor gunshot wound, but has been treated and released from a hospital and is in FBI custody. In addition to Ryan Bundy and Ammon Bundy, Ryan W. Payne, 32, of Anaconda, Montana; Brian Cavalier, 44, of Bunkerville, Nevada; and Shawna J. Cox, 59, of Kanab, Utah, were arrested and charged with conspiracy to impeded federal officers, a felony.
