At least 60 people reportedly died in a double suicide bombing and car bombing near Damascus, Syria, on Sunday. The Islamic State has reportedly claimed responsibility for the attacks, which also left dozens wounded, Reuters reports.
The bombers targeted a military bus carrying Shiite militia, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
The attack, which took place near Syria's holiest Shiite shrine, came as Syrian government officials and opposition leaders gathered for peace talks in Geneva.
