We now know what likely brought Donald Trump and his running mate, Mike Pence, together: It's not their stances on trade, immigration, or Medicaid expansion, but rather a mutual love of eating Kentucky Fried Chicken aboard airplanes.
On Monday, the Indiana governor tweeted a cute photo showing him and his mother, Nancy, chicken in hand, enjoying a KFC feast from 30,000 feet in the air:
Earlier in the month, Trump tweeted his own dinner photo featuring him eating solo, knife and fork at the ready, a lone piece of KFC fried chicken on his plate and mashed potatoes and gravy still in their containers:
