The two main-party vice presidential candidates, Gov. Mike Pence (R-Ind.) and Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.), face off in their only scheduled debate on Tuesday at Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia. The 90-minute debate, hosted by Elaine Quijano of CBS News, begins at 9 p.m. Eastern time and will be broadcast live on all the broadcast networks as well as CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, Fox Business, Univision, Telemundo, and C-SPAN. You can also watch online, including at YouTube, Yahoo, The Huffington Post, BuzzFeed News, and The Wall Street Journal. Kaine, Hillary Clinton's running mate, and Pence, who's running with Donald Trump, are both seasoned politicians in their 50s, and the debate is expected to be a substantive proxy fight between each party's presidential ticket.
