While Donald Trump was attempting to defend himself at the final presidential debate against the handful of sexual assault allegations brought against him, he veered off to accuse both Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama of inciting violence at his rallies — and even paying people $1,500 to riot.
"I was wondering, what happened with my rally in Chicago and other rallies where we had such violence," Trump said. "She's the one, and Obama, who caused the violence. They hired people. They paid them $1,500."
"They're telling people to go out and start fist fights, start violence," Trump added. On the other side of the split screen, Clinton just shakes her head.
