Bernie Sanders perfectly trolls Senate Republicans' lack of transparency on health care

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) just cooked up a sick burn for Senate Republicans. On Monday afternoon, Sanders tweeted that Senate Republicans had finally released "the schedule of hearings, committee markups, and public testimony" for the GOP-backed American Health Care Act. And then — drum roll, please — Sanders attached a picture of said schedule:
Yes, that is a blank piece of paper — a not-so-subtle commentary on the total lack of hearings and public testimony surrounding Republicans' plans to repeal and replace ObamaCare.
Sanders certainly isn't the first Democrat to complain about Senate Republicans' lack of transparency. Last week, Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) went off on Republicans after learning there would not be a hearing on the bill, which she noted affects "one-sixth of our economy." On Monday, Axios reported that Senate Republicans would not release their draft health-care bill, a move that's sure to further irritate fuming Democrats.
