The National Weather Service releases scary radar animation of Harvey's terrible path through Texas

Tropical Storm Harvey made landfall again Wednesday morning, this time near Cameron, Louisiana, the National Hurricane Center said, bringing more rainfall to Louisiana after dumping more than 9 trillion gallons of water on Texas and causing unprecedented flooding in Houston. The National Weather Service had some rare good news for Houston on Wednesday morning:

Harvey is projected to crawl through Louisiana and Arkansas on Wednesday and Thursday, then head across Mississippi, Tennessee, and Kentucky through Saturday.
