Dancing with the Stars' athlete edition is packed with actual stars

Dancing with the Stars is looking more like Skating, Snowboarding, and Sliding with the Olympians this season.

Figure skating sweetheart Adam Rippon and the controversial Tonya Harding will join the show's athlete-packed edition premiering on April 30, the show revealed Friday in announcing its latest round of casting.

Besides Rippon, three other 2018 Winter Olympic medalists — snowboarder Jamie Anderson, luger Chris Mazdzer, and skater Mirai Nagasu — will slide onto the stage.

There's also Notre Dame basketball player Arike Ogunbowale, Olympic softball gold medalist Jennie Finch Daigle, former Red Sox and Yankees player Johnny Damon, and NFL cornerback Josh Norman. And we can't forget the 7-foot-2-inch Kareem Abdul-Jabbar — the former NBA star and activist will somehow stoop to dance with his 5-foot-6-inch partner.
