The British Embassy in America's capital has some astute observers of U.S. mores and traditions, and also a social media team with a sense of humor:

The British Embassy added a coda to its tweet: "But seriously Happy #FourthOfJuly to all our American friends!" And in case you don't get the tea reference, for whatever reason, Late Night and its host, Seth Meyers, kind of explain the Boston Tea Party in this equally cheeky Fourth of July rundown from a cartoon President Trump.
