Miley Cyrus and Anthony Mackie are the latest to travel into Black Mirror's horrifying vision of the future.
Netflix on Wednesday dropped the first trailer for Black Mirror's fifth season, which features Cyrus and Mackie as well as Topher Grace, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and more. Appropriately, Cyrus is apparently playing a pop star in her episode, while Mackie looks to be playing an unfaithful husband. There's also a sinister robot and some sort of Black Mirror version of Street Fighter thrown in there for good measure.
This trailer also reveals for the first time that the episodes will be dropping early next month, sooner than expected. The most recent bit of Black Mirror was Bandersnatch, a choose-your-own adventure film released in December, when full seasons of the show typically come out, so it was speculated that the fifth season might not be dropping until the end of 2019. The bad news, though, is that after the past two seasons were six episodes long, Netflix is only releasing three Black Mirror episodes with this batch.
