A jaw-dropping first poster for the highly-anticipated Wonder Woman sequel has just arrived.

Director Patty Jenkins on Wednesday debuted the new poster for Wonder Woman 1984, which is as colorful as can be and reveals a brand new suit of gold armor for Diana Prince.

Jenkins' tweet came partially in response to news that Warner Bros. won't have a Hall H panel at Comic-Con this year, and she said that the film's promotional campaign will not begin in full swing until December, when the trailer will likely arrive. But this insanely rad poster may just be enough to tide fans over until then.

Wonder Woman 1984 takes place decades after the hit 2017 film, with Kristen Wiig starring as the villainous Cheetah. Chris Pine is also set to return, despite his character, Steve Trevor, dying at the end of the first film. How that will happen, exactly, has not yet been revealed. The film hits theaters one year from today: on June 5, 2020.
