Trump: 'The kidney has a very special place in the heart'

President Trump is either very sentimental about kidneys or has no idea what they are.
On Wednesday, Trump signed an executive order that aims to incentivize in-home dialysis, encourage kidney donations, and prevent kidney decline in the first place. But while unveiling the policy in a speech, Trump said something odd about the vital organ's anatomical whereabouts.
"You've worked so hard on the kidney," Trump said after discussing the taxing process dialysis patients face, which is a confusing statement in itself. He then added that "the kidney has a very special place in the heart," which is most certainly not where it's located.
