Did the Three Little Pigs get the contract to build the border wall?
On Wednesday, the wind huffed and puffed and blew the wall down in Calexico, California, knocking it over into some trees in Mexicali, Mexico. No one was hurt, and U.S. Customs and Border Patrol is working with the Mexican government to get the wall panels that toppled over back up. They do not know how long this will take.
The National Weather Service said gusts of up to 37 mph were reported in the area on Wednesday. Customs and Border Protection Agent Carlos Pitones told CNN the panels had recently been set in concrete, which hadn't yet cured. The section in question was being improved, and was not a new portion of President Trump's long-promised border wall.
