Australia end day two on 203-3 after England’s tail collapses at the Waca
Australia captain Steve Smith led the home side’s fightback with an unbeaten 92 on the second day of the third Ashes Test match against England in Perth.
Smith and Shaun Marsh (seven not out) helped Australia finish the day with a score of 203-3. With seven wickets remaining, Smith’s side trail England by 200 runs after the tourists ended their first innings all out for 403.
The second day at the Waca had resumed with yesterday’s century hero Dawid Malan and Jonny Bairstow looking to build a big first-innings total for England.
