GEORGE ZIMMERMAN, the Florida man found not guilty of the shooting murder of unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin, has been called many things. Now he wants to be known as an artist.
A painting by the 30-year-old whose trial reignited debate about race relations in America, has gone on sale on the auction site eBay. Bidding has reached a staggering $99,966 with four days left to run.

"Everyone has been asking what I have been doing with myself," he writes. "I found a creative, way to express myself, my emotions and the symbols that represent my experiences. My art work allows me to reflect, providing a therapeutic outlet and allows me to remain indoors."
He adds: "I hope you enjoy owning this piece as much as I enjoyed creating it. Your friend, George Zimmerman."
The painting, which measures 18 x 24 inches, depicts a blue American flag and features a few choice words from the US Pledge of Allegiance: "God. One nation. With liberty and justice for all."
According to Florida news station News 13, Zimmerman's brother Robert Zimmerman Jnr, has confirmed the auction is genuine and the painting is indeed the work of George.
If the painting does sell for more than $100,000, Zimmerman will no doubt be grateful for the cash. After he was arrested in relation to an alleged domestic violence incident in November, he told a judge that he had just $144 to his name and debts of $2.5 million.
His former lawyer, Mark O'Mara told News 13 he believes most of the cash is owed to him and another lawyer Don West, who represented Zimmerman in his murder trial.
Zimmerman has added some comments from potential buyers to the listing page for his painting. One of them tells him: "I just wanted to tell you we all love you and stand behind you".
Zimmerman replies: "Thank you so much for the words of kindness and support. Your Friend, GZ."
