Manchester United may have signed a mammoth new kit deal with Adidas, but that doesn't mean they are prepared to spend over the odds on new recruits this summer.

The Daily Mirror reports that, despite the massive windfall, United will not "be held to ransom by Juventus" in their pursuit of Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal.
