Morata makes Chelsea debut, but Bayern Munich 'roast' Blues
Premier League champions given food for thought as their testing tour of the Far East continues
Chelsea 2 Bayern Munich 3
Alvaro Morata made his Chelsea debut against Bayern Munich in Singapore, but the Premier League champions were outclassed by their German counterparts, who triumphed 3-2.
The Spanish striker, who signed from Real Madrid in a £70m deal this summer, came off the bench in the second half and had a hand in the Blues' second goal.

"Overall though it was a disappointing night for Antonio Conte, who saw his side torn to shreds in a first-half demolition job that saw Bayern 3-0 up after 27 minutes," says the Daily Telegraph.
Bayern took the lead through Rafinha after six minutes, before two goals from Thomas Muller secured the win.
They then took their foot off the gas and allowed Marcos Alonso to pull a goal back on the stroke of half-time.
Chelsea scored a second after 86 minutes, when Alonso won a corner and caused enough confusion at the near post to present Michy Batshuayi with a tap-in.
The goal may have counted for little, but it will have lifted the spirits of Blues fans who otherwise had little to take away from the clash.
Bayern were "far too good" and "absolutely rousted" the Premier League side in the first half, says The Guardian. "Chelsea fought hard after the break, though ought really to have conceded more than they did, and will certainly be the better for the game."
The game capped "a torrid few days for the Premier League champions in Asia", says the Daily Mail.
"Since beating Arsenal in Beijing on Saturday, there has been confirmation Pedro suffered multiple fractures around his eye socket and cheekbone in a clash with David Ospina.
"Pedro was sent home, as was Kenedy, who sparked a diplomatic incident by insulting the whole of China with two short phrases and an inadequate apology on social media."
