Man Utd transfer news: terms ‘agreed’ for PSG star Lucas Moura
Brazilian winger wants a fresh start after a lack of playing time in Paris
Have Manchester United agreed personal terms with Lucas Moura to pave the way for a £35million move from Paris Saint-Germain?
Yes, says The Sun, quoting Italian paper Gazzetta dello Sport in conveying the news. The 25-year-old Moura has only been granted 72 minutes of game-time in the French league this season. Not surprisingly, the Brazilian winger wants a fresh start.
That’s music to the ears of United gaffer Jose Mourinho, who according to the Sun is “desperately trying to bolster his attacking ranks this January”.

Additionally, says Sky Sports, the fact that Moura has not appeared in any of PSG’s Champions League group matches is another reason for United’s interest, as it means that Moura would be eligible for next month’s knockout phase.
PSG are also open to a deal as they’re looking to refill their coffers following the £198m they shelled out for Neymar last summer.
All that’s left to thrash out, says the Sun, are the terms of the deal. United want to take Moura on loan until the end of the season with an option of a permanent deal.
That’s not to PSG’s liking. They would prefer to sell the South American this month for a fee in the region of £35m, which might yet open the door to Liverpool.
It’s believed that Jurgen Klopp is interested in Moura and may be tempted to table a bid in the coming weeks in the hope of beating United to the booty.
Metro and other news sources claim that Juventus are taking inspiration from Liverpool’s recent sale of Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona.
The Spanish side forked out £142m for the Brazilian playmaker. Metro says that if United are serious about signing Paulo Dybala from Juventus they will have to “eclipse the sum” Barcelona spent on Coutinho.
Italian newspaper Tuttosport broke the story, claiming that Juventus believe the Argentine striker is worth more than Coutinho and are also aware of Mourinho’s urgency in strengthening his squad.
Dybala is apparently ready to make the move to Old Trafford provided he can be guaranteed weekly wages of £400,000.
