Ejaculate more to reduce cancer risk
Men should ejaculate at least 21 times a month to reduce their prostate cancer risk, according to researchers at Harvard University. In a study, 31,925 men provided their average monthly ejaculation frequencies. The researchers found that men with more frequent routines slash their chances of developing prostate cancer by a third. Ejaculation was also found to be good for stress, anxiety and sleep.

Gold medallist blocked for sharing her own race
Olympic gold medallist sprinter Elaine Thompson-Herah was blocked on Instagram for sharing videos from her own 100 and 200 metre races on her account.
