A man has performed a naked dance to calm down an angry pheasant. After the bird became increasingly aggressive to the man’s neighbours, he decided on the unorthodox approach. He says he donned a one-sided G-string, and put “sticks between my butt cheeks as tail feathers and I was wagging my butt at him”. He added: “I think he was shocked into dismissal”.
Passenger flies alone on commercial plane to Italy
A Lithuanian man flying to Italy was the only passenger on the Boeing 737-800. Skirmantas Strimaitis said the flight, which lasted more than two hours, was “a once in the lifetime experience”. The only others onboard were two pilots and five crew members. The plane can usually seat up to 188 people.

Customer calls police because he wasn’t given enough chips
A man in York flagged down a police officer when he felt his takeaway portion of chips was too small. He decided staff at the takeaway were unhelpful and resorted to the police instead. York City Police later commented: “Not sure what crime he thought had been committed but it was all a little fishy.”
