Woman in relationship with chandelier claims discrimination

A woman who says she is in a relationship with a 92-year-old chandelier has lost a discrimination case against The Sun newspaper. Amanda Liberty, who says her sexual preference is an attraction to inanimate objects, had complained than an article in the tabloid was “pejorative to her sexual orientation”.

WWE deemed an ‘essential business’ in Florida

World Wrestling Entertainment has been deemed an “essential business” in Florida, authorities have announced. This means the company can continue to operate during the coronavirus pandemic. “We believe it is now more important than ever to provide people with a diversion from these hard times,” said WWE, welcoming the move.

Demand for epidemic computer games soars

Demand for computers games related to global epidemics has soared during the coronavirus lockdown, according to an online store. G2A.com says “morbid curiosity” has seen a 200% increase in demand for games related to global epidemics and a 75% increase for survival games such as State of Decay and The Division 2, during the first months of 2020.
