Cazorla, Ozil, Rojo and Kane star in team of the week
Sunderland and Arsenal contribute three players to team of the week, with Spurs providing two more
A grim 0-0 draw in the Manchester derby was enough to return Man City to the top of the table on Sunday, reclaiming the lead from Arsenal on goal difference.
Manchester United are fourth and in third are surprise package West Ham, who inflicted more misery on Jose Mourinho and Chelsea with victory over the champions on Saturday.
That result leaves the Blues only five points clear of the relegation zone, but there are clubs below them in an even worse predicament. Steve McLaren's Newcastle were beaten 3-0 by Sunderland in the Tyne Wear derby on Sunday, while Aston Villa find themselves rock bottom and managerless after Tim Sherwood was shown the door following defeat to Swansea.

But who were the stars of the weekend action? Here's our pick of the experts' picks:
Goalkeeper:
Costel Pantilimon (Sunderland)
The Black Cats stopper kept a clean sheet against Newcastle in the Tyne Wear derby, making eight saves in the process to become the highest-scoring goalkeeper on Fantasy Premier League and also gets the nod from the ESPN panel.
Defence:
Marcus Rojo (Man United), Nicolas Otamendi (Man City), Laurent Koscielny (Arsenal), Billy Jones (Sunderland)
The Manchester derby may not have been a game to write home about, but Rojo acquitted himself admirably and makes the Goal.com team of the week. "The left-back was solid defensively and a threat going forward as United were held in the Manchester derby," it says.
The "superb" Otamendi also makes the Goal.com team and was one of Harry Redknapp's choices for the Daily Telegraph after helping City keep a clean sheet at Old Trafford.
Arsenal centre-back Koscielny scored as Arsenal beat Everton to go top of the table on Saturday night. But he also won over ESPN with "a mammoth shift at the back".
The final berth at the back goes to Sunderland defender Jones, who, the Daily Express points out, "scored only his second league goal in the Tyne-Wear derby" and also earned 15 FPL points.
Midfield:
Yann M'Vila (Sunderland), Christian Eriksen (Spurs), Santi Cazorla, Mesut Ozil (both Arsenal)
The third Sunderland player in the team is M'Vila who was "full of energy and tenacity in the engine room as Sunderland overcame their local rivals at the Stadium Of Light", says Goal.com
Eriksen of Spurs failed to get on the scoresheet against Bournemouth, but did set up team mate Harry Kane and caught the eye of former Spurs manager Harry Redknapp, who picks the team for the Daily Telegraph.
Two Arsenal stars complete the midfield. Cazorla set up Koscielny's goal against Everton and "pulled the strings" once again, says ESPN. He "is a joy to watch, finding intricate lines of attack and showcasing a sublime range of passing". His team-mate Ozil impressed Garth Crooks of the BBC. "This lad is a fabulous footballer and one of the reasons the Gunners are having success at the moment," he says. "Against Everton he was sensational and just waltzed through the game."
Attack:
Jamie Vardy (Leicester), Harry Kane (Spurs)
Leicester forward Vardy cannot stop scoring and has now found the net in seven consecutive games for the Foxes. "The Leicester City fans are singing, 'Jamie Vardy is having a party'," says Garth Crooks of the BBC. "Well, if scoring in seven consecutive games and hitting 10 goals so far this season is anything to go by then it's one hell of a party."
The final berth goes to the only player to make every single fantasy team this week, Spurs' hat-trick hero Harry Kane. "The Spurs striker has had a subdued start to the season, potting just one top-flight goal in his opening nine matches, but thanks to benevolent Bournemouth and hapless Artur Boruc, he notched a hat-trick on the south coast," says ESPN. "All the goals were well-taken, if a tad straightforward." He also notched 17 FPL points to be the highest scoring player of the week.
