Shia LaBeouf tells the drunken, debauched story behind his Cabaret arrest

In June, Shia LaBeouf was arrested at the unlikeliest of places: a Broadway production of Cabaret. Last night, LaBeouf appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where he finally told the whole debauched story.
LaBeouf's wild night began when he landed in New York after a whiskey-heavy trip to Ireland. After drinking his way through a World Cup match, he took a stranger up on an invitation to see Cabaret — where, unfortunately, there was still plenty of whiskey available. By the time the play had reached intermission, LaBeouf had made enough of a scene that a group of police officers had arrived to haul him away.
Fortunately, LaBeouf's stint in jail seems to have sobered him up. "I'm going to stay away from Broadway for a little bit," he promises. -- Scott Meslow
