"The jetpack has finally arrived." The Jetlev R200 ($99,500), created by a Florida start-up, makes Jules Verne–style flight possible by using high-powered water jets to push the user aloft. The device doesn't offer complete aerial freedom: It can only be used over open water and a hose connects the pack to a floating pod that contains a loud engine. Intense concentration is required.
