French newspaper expresses solidarity with Belgium in touching cartoon

French newspaper Le Monde has expressed their solidarity with Brussels — in a cartoon. The moving tribute shows the French flag embracing the Belgian flag, linking the November Paris attacks to those that have occurred today.

The official Twitter account for the city of Paris also expressed their solidarity on social media:
Leaders throughout Europe have expressed shock and sorrow over the Belgian attacks, which have left at least 26 dead. "The whole of Europe has been hit," French President François Hollande said.
