Only in America: California girl taken from foster parents of four years due to her Native American heritage

A 6-year-old California girl has been forcibly removed from her foster home of four years because she has Native American heritage. Summer and Rusty Page have been trying to adopt Lexi, who is 1/64th Choctaw Indian, but under the Indian Child Welfare Act, she has been sent to live with distant relations in Utah. "Don't let them take me away," Lexi pleaded as child welfare agents took her into custody.
