Bartolo Colón just made the best argument in favor of Major League Baseball letting pitchers take at-bats in the National League. The 42-year-old New York Mets pitcher, a notoriously entertaining but rarely successful hitter, went deep for the first time in his career Saturday night off of San Diego's James Shields. The two-run shot helped Colón's case, as he and his boys notched a 6-3 win.
