Trump says he might nominate a Supreme Court justice who isn't on his list

Donald Trump released the names of 11 justices he would pick to nominate to the Supreme Court but warned he isn't necessarily going to stick to it. "We're either going to choose from this list or people very close to it. At a minimum, we will keep people from this general realm," Trump told Fox News' Sean Hannity.
Trump said he would either select from his list or "pick people very close in terms of the spirit and the meaning of what they represent." He added he was looking for people with "high-intellect" and that all his nominees were pro-life.
Outside of the "defense of our county," Trump said that filling the vacancy left by Justice Antonin Scalia is probably the "single most important thing" the next U.S. president will do in office.
